Crescent Valley's Tanner Sanders recorded the longest rushing play in 5A Mid-Willamette this season in his game against Putnam last week. Sanders' team topped the Kingsmen as he sprinted for 75 yards on the play and finished with 132 in all.
Sanders and Drew Kell provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Putnam. The longest such play in the league this season, the connection resulted in 65 yards.
