Macon County found their leader in underclassman Morgan Cochran, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Cochran has scored all season. Aniah Lake was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Several Blue Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jermiah Martin, who scored eight points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Laziya Moody, who scored 15 points.
