The St. Louis Park Orioles will face off against the Washburn Millers at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Rowan Jansen was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That double was her first of the season.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Washburn). They never let Edison get on the board and left with a 24-0 win on Monday. The Millers haven't had any issues with the Tommies recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
Ellerie Ulfers made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Washburn got a massive performance out of Emalyn Streifel, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Those four RBI gave Streifel a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Finley Tickle, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one double.
Washburn always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .622. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Washburn pushed their record up to 3-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for St. Louis Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
