The Fredonia Lynx waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 21-9 win over Ash Fork. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Fredonia also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
Fredonia was led to victory by Charlie Anderson and Danni Waters. Anderson scored 12 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Waters scored four points along with three steals.
Fredonia has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Ash Fork, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-16 record this season.
Fredonia's road trip will continue as they head out to face Seligman at 12:00 p.m. on January 20th. Seligman comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Ash Fork, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against El Capitan/Centennial Academy at 7:00 p.m.
