Jamichael Green continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 21 points along with nine rebounds and six assists. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of South Delta's points. Another player making a difference was Amarion Sanders, who scored 16 points.
When it comes to explaining why West Tallahatchie lost, one person who can't be blamed is Drexel Miller. Despite the final result, he scored 24 points. Miller scored a full 47.1% of West Tallahatchie's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Lavoriontaye Willis was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
South Delta is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for West Tallahatchie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.
