Southern Valley's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kamden Bose, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Isaac Hamilton, who scored 17 points.
It was another big night for Jackson Kerchal, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 21 rebounds for Dundy County-Stratton. Kerchal has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last three times he's played. August Shaw was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Southern Valley has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season. As for Dundy County-Stratton, they pushed their record up to 17-5 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
