Hamlin (Hayti, S.D.) extended its winning streak to 11 games with a 18-0 victory over
Harding County (Buffalo, S.D.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a
Brody Grantham touchdown pass to
Austin Niemann in the first quarter, the Chargers led 12-0 at the half.
Hamlin grew its lead to 18 points entering the fourth quarter. HHS scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run by Grantham.
The Hayti school came into the game allowing 7.2 points per game. Harding County's zero points were well below their season average of 35.2 per game.
The loss comes after Harding County defeated South Central co-op [Bonesteel-Fairfax/Burke] 28-6 last week. The loss snapped Harding County's three-game winning streak.
