Beecher moved up to 172 from 201 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Genesee Area - Red. The Buccaneers were able to move up by topping Perry 41-7.
Hill-McCloy added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Goodrich, 49-17. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Rams.
Johnson's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tony Saldona has thrown for 383 yards and 3 touchdowns this season, while Isaiah Collins has 16 catches for 258 yards.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Lake Fenton takes on Beecher. The Blue Devils are currently in third, while Courtney Hawkins' team is in second.
The Buccaneers made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,863 from 5,775. The improvement came about via a 41-7 victory over the Ramblers last week.
