Crestwood hasn't had much luck against Holy Redeemer recently, but that could start to change on Friday. Crestwood will face off against Holy Redeemer at 4:30 p.m. Crestwood is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Crestwood is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 15 runs on Monday, they were much more limited against Wyoming Area on Tuesday. They fell 5-2 to the Warriors.

Brooke Lenahan spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Jorja Snyder made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. That triple was her first of the season.

Meanwhile, Holy Redeemer suffered their biggest defeat since April 15, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to Valley View. The loss continues a trend for the Royals in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost four in a row.

Holy Redeemer saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lauren Hayden, who went 1-for-3 with one triple.

Holy Redeemer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Crestwood, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Crestwood might still be hurting after the 11-3 defeat they got from Holy Redeemer when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can Crestwood avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
