The biggest upset of the week belonged to Thomasville, who took down 171st ranked Central Davidson, 42-21.
Lexington made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,219 from 9,947.
West Davidson's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Austin Teague threw for 71 and one touchdown and Zach Queen had 35 yards receiving. On the ground Kyle Smith chipped in 86 yards. Jordan Heitman helped West Davidson's passing attack out by catching three balls for 31 yards.
West Davidson's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Dragons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Heitman has thrown for 275 yards and one touchdown this season, while Queen has 10 catches for 198 yards. Smith leads the league in rushing with 733 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Spartans take on Salisbury. As it stands, Central Davidson is in third, while the Hornets are in first.
