Tristan Thompson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 25 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Leonard, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
North Myrtle Beach has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 53-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Myrtle Beach on Friday.
Wilson's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for North Myrtle Beach, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record this season.
