On Friday, Minto wrapped up 2023 with a 60-43 win over Ben Eielson. The win made it back-to-back wins for Minto.
Minto can attribute much of their success to Andrew David, who scored 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeff Frank, who scored 11 points.
Minto's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Ben Eielson, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Minto will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Ben Eielson at 1:00 p.m. on December 30th. As for Ben Eielson, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Minto at 1:00 p.m. on December 30th.
