Argonaut extended their winning streak to three on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 16-4 in the process. They put the hurt on the Lincoln Fighting Zebras with a sharp 11-3 victory. Considering the Mustangs have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on AJ Schultz, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and one stolen base. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Catie Strieff, who got on base in two of her three plate appearances with two runs.

As for Lincoln, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season. Their loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

On Lincoln's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mia Maldonado, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one double.

Argonaut didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-0 defeat against East Union on the 26th. As for Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 9-1 loss against Cosumnes Oaks on the 26th.
