The Southeast Knights lost against the Highland Park Scots back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Southeast was beaten by Highland Park 63-0.
Highland Park's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tahtionna Broils , who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Amelia Ramsey, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Southeast's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Highland Park, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southeast will take on Winnetonka at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Highland Park will be home for the holidays to greet Wyandotte at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
