Chancellor had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victor by a 44-23 margin over the Courtland Cougars on Tuesday. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Lydia Brockelbank, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 15 rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 45.3% field goal percentage. Natalie Lanning was another key player, going 5-for-9 en route to 13 points along with eight assists and five steals.

Chancellor was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Courtland only five assists.

Chancellor is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points over those games. Courtland's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.

Chancellor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 60-39 loss against Monacan on the 27th. Courtland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
