Northwest Area extended their postseason success on Thursday against Muncy. They blew past the Muncy Indians 58-34. The Rangers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Muncy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Nathan Rogers posted nine points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kohen Meyer, who earned six points and eight boards.

The win was the 15th in a row for Northwest Area, bringing their record for this year to 23-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points over those games. As for Muncy, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-6.

As of now, neither Northwest Area nor Muncy have any future games scheduled.
