Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Thursday. Calvary Chapel Academy put the hurt on Central Florida Christian Academy with a sharp 22-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Calvary Chapel Academy.
Miriam Stuart made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single hit and allowed only two earned runs over four innings pitched. Stuart was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one triple and one RBI.
