Jackson's game  last Friday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Westside Seminoles 42-13. With that  win, the Red Devils brought their scoring average up to 26.7  points per game.

 Danarri Brown produced another solid  effort rushing for 153 yards and four  touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, and also picking up 40 receiving yards and one  score. With that strong performance,  he is now averaging an impressive 102  rushing yards per game.  Canaan Bernhardt was another key player, throwing for 270 yards and a pair of  TDs on only 18 passes.
 Jackson didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Westside to a completion percentage of just 41.7%. The Red Devils weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 68.4%.
 Despite the loss, Westside still got an impressive performance from   Jaiden Stephens, who rushed for 104 yards and one  touchdown on only seven carries. The Seminoles are 2-1 when  Stephens posts 80 or  more  rushing yards, but 1-6 otherwise.
Jackson's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Westside, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
 Jackson will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Thomson at 7:30  p.m.  on  the 14th. The Red Devils will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 31  points  in their last three matchups. Westside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
