The Academy of the Holy Cross escaped with a win against Holton-Arms by the margin of a single free throw, 53-52. This was payback for The Academy of the Holy Cross, who suffered a 41-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Among those leading the charge was Zoey Seymour, who scored 19 points. Julia Finney was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
The Academy of the Holy Cross now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Holton-Arms, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
