The Coral Glades Jaguars will take on the Coral Springs Colts at TBD on Monday. Coral Glades is no doubt hoping to put an end to an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Coral Glades won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune back in January. They took a serious blow against Flanagan, falling 47-10. While losing is never fun, Coral Glades can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 611th, while the Falcons are ranked 217th).
Meanwhile, Coral Springs put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. They blew past Coconut Creek 61-21 at home. The win was familiar territory for Coral Springs who now have three in a row.
Coral Glades' defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Coral Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
Coral Glades was taken down by the Colts 90-3 in their previous meeting back in January. Can Coral Glades avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
