Make it six blowout wins for the Meyer Ravens this season. They blew past Chilton 64-32 at home. Winning may never get old, but Meyer sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Meyer's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Eckles, who scored 19 points along with five assists and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Eckles has scored all season. Keng Taylor was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
Meyer has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season. As for Chilton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Rosebud-Lott the next time they take the court. Chilton will host Rosebud-Lott at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Meyer will host them at 6:30 p.m. on January 23rd.
