Blake Britt looked comfortable as he struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Ja'sean Jones was excellent, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Easton Grace, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
