James Sharp was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over six innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
