Last Friday, Regents Academy was the victim of a rough 44-23 defeat at the hands of Athens Christian Preparatory Academy. Regents Academy has struggled against Athens Christian Preparatory Academy recently, as their match on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Christian Heritage put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat New Summerfield 49-15 on the road. The win was just what Christian Heritage needed coming off of a 46-15 defeat in their prior matchup.
Regents Academy's defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-2. As for Christian Heritage, their win bumped their record up to 12-5.
