Notre Dame Prep's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They took a 60-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of Loch Raven. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meona Boykin continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Loch Raven, scoring 28 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Boykin has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Aariyn Gibson, who scored 12 points.
Notre Dame Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Loch Raven, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame Prep will take on Garrison Forest at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Loch Raven, they will be playing at home against Kenwood at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
