The Osceola Seminoles waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Harrisburg 64-43. Given Osceola's advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 103rd, while Harrisburg is ranked 266th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Eastin Gray and Jayvin Thompson certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Gray scored ten points along with five rebounds, while Thompson scored five points along with three steals.
Osceola's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-12. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.9 points per game. As for Harrisburg, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.
Osceola will look to defend their home court on Monday against Lee at 5:00 p.m. Harrisburg will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Piggott at 7:00 p.m. on January 26th. Piggott comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
