On Friday, Rickards came up short against Blanche Ely and fell 60-52.
Despite the loss, Rickards still got an impressive performance from Randall Pompey, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Pompey has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Benjamin Plummer, who scored 11 points.
Rickards' loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Blanche Ely, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rickards will take on Riverside at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Blanche Ely, they will be playing at home against Godby at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
