The Muchin College Prep Mountain Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 27-17 to UIC College Prep. The matchup was a 13-13 toss-up at halftime, but Muchin College Prep couldn't quite close it out.
UIC College Prep can attribute much of their success to Chynna Rogers, who scored nine points.
Muchin College Prep has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for UIC College Prep, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-12.
Muchin College Prep will take on Morgan Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for UIC College Prep, they will be playing at home against North Lawndale at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
