On Friday, the Peetz Bulldogs were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap  as they fell  26-22 to the Front Range Baptist Falcons. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of  Joslynn Pennington and  Rylee Raffelson, who each put up seven points.
 Front Range Baptist's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Adelae Gamet, who  posted three  points and six  rebounds. The dominant performance gave  Gamet a new career-high in  boards. The team also got some help courtesy of  Abbie VanDenBerghe, who  went 6-for-15  to rack up 16 points.
Peetz's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Front Range Baptist, their win  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 5-15.
 Peetz didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  50-39  loss against Weldon Valley on the 21st. As for Front Range Baptist, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  57-18  defeat against Mile High Academy on the 20th.
