The Berkley Bears are taking a road trip to  take on the Clarenceville Trojans  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Berkley will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more  runs each  contest than the last.
Berkley is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. Everything went their way against Clawson on Monday as they made off with  a  21-12 victory. The Bears not only won  on Monday, but they posted their biggest win  since April 19, 2024 (when they won  19-3).

 Kayla Childress was  incredible,  going 4-for-5 with one  home run, nine  RBI,  and four  runs. Those  four  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Brooke Schall was another key player,  going 5-for-6 with five  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Berkley  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 19  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least nine  hits in three consecutive  matchups.
 Meanwhile, Clarenceville was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost  16-1 to Plymouth Christian Academy, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.
 Clarenceville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Berkley,  the  win snapped their losing streak at four games  and leaves them with a 4-6-1 record.
