After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lakeview, Gull Lake was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They secured a 49-44 W over the St. Joseph Bears. The Blue Devils' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Gull Lake's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for St. Joseph, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
