Evansville Memorial's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rylee Canaan, who scored 20 points along with 6 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophie Johnson, who scored 18 points along with 5 rebounds.
Evansville Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Gibson Southern, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.
