Arlington's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-11-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Briarcrest Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 5-17.
Briarcrest Christian's pitching crew better be locked in on Thursday. Arlington hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.4 home runs per game. It's a different story for Briarcrest Christian, though, as they've been averaging only 0 home runs. Will they be able to keep Arlington in the park?
