The Logansport Tigers had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 58-12 win over Franklin. The win was nothing new for Logansport as they're now sitting on ten straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Logansport to victory, but perhaps none more so than Steven Holloway, who threw for 296 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Jukadynn Carter, who rushed for 156 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry.
Logansport pushed their record up to 10-1 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points per game. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Logansport will face off against Welsh at TBD on Friday. Welsh is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Franklin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
