The Beamer Titans won the last time they faced the Kent-Meridian Royals, and things went their way on Thursday too. Beamer simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Kent-Meridian 81-37 at home. That looming 81-37 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Beamer yet this season.
Will Tellis was a one-man wrecking crew for Beamer as he scored 31 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Tellis has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Caleb Berry, who scored 15 points.
Beamer's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Kent-Meridian, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beamer will face off against Kentlake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kentlake is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Kent-Meridian, they will head out on the road to face off against Lake Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
