Northwestern waltzed into their match  on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came within a single  set of losing the streak, but they secured  a   3-2 W against Somerset Prep. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulls also won the last time the pair played  back in September of 2024.

 Da'Nay Murray paced Northwestern's offense, picking up six kills. Murray got some help from  Jaiel Langston and her four assists.  Jazmin White and  Saniya Willis kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with six aces apiece.
Northwestern's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Somerset Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
 Coming up, Northwestern will challenge Central at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Somerset Prep, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  defeat against Avant Garde Academy on the 6th.
