The Wasco Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against the Shafter Generals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Wasco's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Chavez as they made off with a 12-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.
Not much got past Ashley Martinez, who gave up just a hit and racked up seven Ks to keep Chavez off the board. Martinez has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
