The Sale Creek Panthers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy 82-14 on the road. Sale Creek has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 21 points or more this season.
Sale Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nevaeh Williams, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. It was the first time this season that Williams pulled down eight or more rebounds. Emma Gammon was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds.
Sale Creek is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-16.
