While Hemlock put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Valley Lutheran. The Huskies put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 16-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Hemlock's record is now 11-7. As for Valley Lutheran, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Hemlock will head out to challenge Michigan Lutheran Seminary at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Cardinals will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Huskies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Valley Lutheran, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 23-2 defeat against Rogers City on the 17th.
