After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mount Ida, Wonderview was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Shirley Blue Devils with a sharp 18-7 victory. The Daredevils haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Wonderview's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Shirley, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Wonderview will challenge Conway Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Shirley, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Calico Rock at 4:00 p.m.
