After losing to Sterling City the last time they met, Christoval decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Christoval Cougars blew past the Sterling City Eagles 70-45 on Friday. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 25 points or more this season.

Christoval is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Sterling City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Christoval and Muenster will round out the year against one another at at 10:20 a.m. on December 27th. Christoval knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Muenster likes a good challenge. As for Sterling City, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sonora at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
