William McClintic of Burwell ran for the longest rushing play in D1 District 7 (8 Man) this season against St. Mary's last week. McClintic ran for 73 yards on the play and finished with 264 on the day as his team bested the Cardinals.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Burwell beat St. Mary's 46-22. The win marks fifth in a row for the Luke Gideon's team.
McClintic was a force in the backfield as the Longhorns topped Tony Allen's team.
