They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mountain Island Charter 85-58 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Community School of Davidson has posted since December 1, 2023.
Austin Moran continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 36 points and 7 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was John Shields, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Lincoln Charter unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Corvian Community by a score of 63-60. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat Lincoln Charter has suffered yet this season.
Community School of Davidson is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Lincoln Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.
Things could have been worse for Community School of Davidson, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 69-53 loss to Lincoln Charter when the teams last played back in December of 2023.
