Clinton is 0-6 against Lewisburg since April of 2021 but things could change  on Saturday. The Clinton Arrows will challenge the Lewisburg Patriots at 1:00  p.m. The two teams are strolling into their  matches after big wins in their previous games.
Clinton's pitching crew heads into the  contest  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Friday. Everything went their way against Warren Central as Clinton made off with  a  16-0 victory. The Arrows might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten  runs or more this season.
 Annalise Whitworth was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. She has been consistent  recently: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run any time she's  pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4. Those  runs were  her first of the season.

 In other pitching news,  Ashlen Albritton looked comfortable as she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks any time she's  pitched this season.
 Back at the plate, Clinton got a  massive  performance out of  Keelyn Constancio, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-3. Constancio also  brought in two  RBI, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Jaelyn Gholar, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-3.
 Clinton  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .645. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an  OBP of .500 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
Meanwhile, Lewisburg made easy work of Clinton  last Friday and carried off  a  15-1 win. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Arrows recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive  victory against them.
 Emma Abrams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits.
 On the hitting side, Lewisburg let  Anna Etter and  Leona-Klaire Stokes run wild. Etter  went 2-for-3 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs, while  Stokes  went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  triples, three  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  triples  Stokes has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mikayla Johnson, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Clinton's record now sits at 3-1. As for Lewisburg, their record is now 2-0.
 Clinton might still be hurting after the  15-1 loss they got from Lewisburg  in their previous meeting  last Friday. Can Clinton avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
