 Mills has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record  this season. As for Jefferson, they are  on  a  14-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Mills will be playing at home against Mercy at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Mills and Mercy are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Menlo-Atherton at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Menlo-Atherton's pitching crew has only allowed four  runs per game  this season, so Jefferson's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
