Even though they lost, Freedom was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tavares only racked up six assists.
Tavares' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from IZAYIA WILLIAMS, who went 8 of 13 on his way to 17 points along with eight boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of DYLAN CAMPBELL, who went 9 of 17 on his way to 20 points and six rebounds.
Freedom's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-7. As for Tavares, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 6-7.
