Basketball Recap: Brown Deer Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

If West Allis Central wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Brown Deer, they should've done a better job of containing Teriana Higgins. The Brown Deer Falcons strolled past the West Allis Central Bulldogs with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 64-50 thanks in part to Higgins, who shot 4-for-6 from long range and dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 boards. What's more, she also racked up five steals, the most she's had since back in November of 2024.

Brown Deer is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for West Allis Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Brown Deer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 82-81 victory against Milwaukee Lutheran on the 31st.
