BigTyme Prep Academy was led to victory by Zion Ibekwe and Isaiah Stewart. Ibekwe almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine boards, while Stewart went 6 of 9 on his way to 17 points and eight rebounds. The game was Ibekwe's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dailon Minor, who posted nine points and five rebounds.
Pinkston has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for BigTyme Prep Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.
