Leading Pikes Peak Christian to victory were Rebecca Thomas and Sarah Harris. Thomas scored 18 points along with five steals, while Harris scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. Thomas is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Hannahmae Reed, who scored six points.
Kylie McKnight and Carley Bringhurst certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. McKnight scored eight points along with ten steals and seven rebounds, while Bringhurst scored seven points along with eight steals. Bringhurst is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
Pikes Peak Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Miami-Yoder, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
