The Meade Buffaloes won the last time they faced the Wichita County Indians, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Meade simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Wichita County 72-45 at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Meade.
Several Indians players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Simon Medina, who scored 7 points along with 6 rebounds.
Meade's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Wichita County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Meade will head out on the road to face off against Holcomb at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wichita County, they will square off against Cheylin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Cheylin focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Tuesday.
